On Tuesday 10th October, Red Card are delivering a gambling awareness workshop to 20 students from America who are here in the UK as part of their studying abroad with DIS – Study Abroad.
Our specialist workshops are designed to educate young adults on the negative impact problem gambling can have on their lives, as well as to bring awareness to those in authority, of the signs to look out for in a problem gambler. We do this by using lived-experience facilitators to present our workshops, highlighting their experience with gambling and the harm caused to their life.
Red Card loves to give back to the Community and thanks to funding, we are able to offer FREE Gambling Awareness workshops to schools and communities based in the Midlands, London and the Home Counties.
