Whether it’s gambling addiction support, individual therapy, or education and awareness, we can help.
I think there needs to be more education on the potential dangers of gambling and the programmes that Red Card provide in schools are crucial to teach early what can happen if you develop a problem with gambling. The fact that Tony can use his own experience in these educational workshops is even more effective. It is so important that gambling awareness is promoted amongst young people so they can be aware of the patterns and signs of problem gambling.

Our tailored workshops and presentations aim to raise awareness of gambling addiction. These are ideal for schools, colleges, universities and young adults in general. Our schools page has more information and extracts from our presentations.
Although the aim of these talks is to act as a deterrent, they are delivered in an upbeat and entertaining style with an emphasis on the help and support available to people who feel that they are in danger of becoming an addict, or that have already developed an addiction.
Red Card has delivered many gambling awareness workshops to schools and colleges. We aim to raise awareness of the potential risks of gambling and to educate young people before it becomes a problem for them.
For more details, please see our Schools page.
Red Card will soon be delivering gambling awareness workshops for professionals and employers. Workplace gambling is on the rise, and our CPD accredited sessions aim to educate both staff and employers.

Red Card delivers gambling awareness educational workshops to young people from diverse communities, such as majority Black and Asian communities.
Within these communities, there is a need to break barriers that stop people from discussing and acting on problem gambling, such as the stigma and shame attached to these issues.
For more details, please see our Diverse Communities page.
