Gambling Awareness St Georges
This week Tony hosted a Red Card Gambling Awareness Event at his local church The Parish of St. George, Enfield in Freezywater.
The event was aimed at raising awareness of gambling addiction and problem gambling. It was open to the public and was also attended by the Deputy Mayor of Enfield, Christine Hamilton, and David Burrowes, MP for Enfield and Southgate. You can see highlights of the event here.
As well as relating Tony Kelly’s personal story, our therapists provided a more in depth examination of the nature of addiction as well as a look at the impact on families and how they can be helped.
