Gambling Awareness Workshop — Finham Park School — 14th March, 2023
Red Card delivered a gambling awareness workshop to students at the Finham Park School on 14th March. Located in the South-West of Coventry, Finham Park is the founding school of the the Finham Park Multi-Academy Trust.
The workshop supported 2021 legislation to educate students on gambling harms in all secondary schools in the UK.

Red Card at Bedworth United Academy, March 23rd 2023
We’re looking forward to our upcoming delivery to the players and staff at Bedworth United FC on Thursday 23rd March, bringing gambling harm awareness education to non-league football through our new initiative.
We will be speaking to around 35-40 16-18 year olds and staff.
Thanks to funding, the gambling harm awareness workshops will be completely FREE to non-league football clubs in London and the Home Counties, as well as the Midlands area.

Red Card Founder, Tony Kelly, spoke on Monday at Haringey Council’s Gambling Harms Summit 2023. It was a fantastic day that showcases the steps Haringey Council have taken so far towards reducing health inequalities and supporting affected individuals.
Red Card takes part in the Scottish Gambling Education Hub Conference, 24th November 2022
On 24th November 2022, the SGEH (Scottish Gambling Education Hub) conference took place at the Story Telling Centre in Edinburgh.
The conference showcased the types ofwork that the SGEH promotes around Scotland and included three keynote speeches, two panels and four workshops.
Red Card were delighted to contribute to the conference. CEO and founder Tony Kelly took part in the First Panel, looking at the issue of using story to engage and inspire.
Red Card presentation at Haringey Gambling Summit, January 23rd, 2023
On 23rd January, Haringey Council are holding a Gambling Summit in Alexandra Palace between 12:30-17:30pm.
The event will bring together representatives from a variety of organisations as well as Haringey Council senior executives and elected members.
Red Card is honoured to be presenting at this important event, where CEO and founder Tony Kelly will share his insight into problem gambling harms.

Red Card to Deliver Gambling Awareness Workshop to the Tulia Group – 16th November
On Wednesday 16th November, Red Card will deliver a gambling awareness workshop to the Tulia Group, which provides expert legal advice and support to migrants and refugees in the UK, Europe and Africa.
Red Card at the Scottish Gambling Education Conference – 24th November 2022
Tony Kelly will be appearing at the inaugural Scottish Gambling Education Conference in Edinburgh, November 24th 2022. He will discuss gambling-related harms and how gambling can be made safe in the UK.
The conference is free, and intended for anyone who works with children, young people, or families across Scotland. The focus will be on how to embed awareness around gambling harms into your practice.
