Red Card delivers gambling harms awareness webinar with Camden and Islington Councils
On Thursday 10th August at 6 pm, Red Card CEO, Tony Kelly delivered a gambling harms awareness webinar, in partnership with Camden Council and Islington Council, to a brilliant, engaged audience of parents and carers who have children between 10 and 18 years old.
Tony shared his story and offered a toolkit of advice and tips on how to support young people and their families.

Rising Green Youth Hub: Gambling and Gaming Workshop, 10th July 2023
On 10th July, the Red Card Gambling Support Project is delivering a gambling awareness workshop for young people at the Rising Green Youth Hub.
Former pro footballer Tony Kelly and his team provide education on gambling, based on lived experience of gambling addiction.

Based on lived experience, Red Card offers a range of services and support programmes that support the key areas of education, sports, and business as a key partner offering accredited Continuing Professional Development workshops.
Since Red Card was founded in 2014, it has experienced tremendous growth.

Red Card’s Gambling Awareness for Non-League Football – Kettering Town FC, Friday 12th May 2023
Red Card Gambling Support are looking forward to our upcoming delivery to the academy players and staff at Kettering Town Football Club on Friday 12th May, bringing gambling harm awareness education to non-league football through our new initiative.
Thanks to funding for the project, we are able to offer our gambling harm awareness workshops to non-league football clubs in London, the Home Counties and the Midlands area with NO CHARGE to the club or players.
Gambling Awareness Workshop Delivered to 300 Students at Langley College
On 25th April 2023, Red Card delivered a gambling awareness workshop to Langley College in Slough. Red Card founder CEO Tony Kelly was a guest speaker at the college’s day addressingsafeguarding and mental health, addressing 300 students. His presentation focused on education on gambling and gaming related harms.
The workshop supported 2021 legislation to educate students on gambling harms in all secondary schools in the UK.

Tony Kelly’s presentation at Haringey Council’s Gambling Harms Summit 2023
In January this year, Red Card Founder Tony Kelly spoke at Haringey Council’s Gambling Harms Summit 2023. It was a fantastic day that showcased the steps Haringey Council have taken so far towards reducing health inequalities and supporting affected individuals.

Red Card’s Gambling Awareness for Non-League Football – Bedworth United Academy, March 23rd 2023
On 23rd March, Red Card was delighted to deliver a gambling awareness workshop at Bedworth United FC.
The workshop was part of the Football Non-League Gambling Awareness Project, a two-year pilot scheme funded by the Gambling Commission.
Thanks to their funding, non-league clubs can now benefit from our free educational workshops. For the moment, these are available for clubs located in London, the Home Counties and the Midlands.
